Wednesday Dinner:
Chicken Fried Butterflied Pork Tenderloin Medallions (again, caught them fresh and on sale)
Broccoli tips briefly steamed in Garlic and butter
Astonishingly decent fresh Boule Farm Bread from the Hannafords (not sure what to think about that, unless hunger was too good of a sauce)
